It’s a war mate, or is it?

The UK population is 65,506,601 as of Wednesday June 28th 2017.

Between 2000 to 2015 90 people were killed on UK soil from terrorist attacks.

(Global Terrorism Database)

Between 2010 to 2015 13 people died in the UK because of terrorism.

That’s the most pathetic war I’ve ever heard of. We are not at war. War is when the government of this state declares one against a foreign power. However calling our attempts to deal with extremism and the like is a very useful tool for selling news and political agendas that remove our civil rights, not to mention inciting pointless racial hatred.

In WWW Two 383,700 British soldiers died.

(inc. colonies)

In WW One it was 700,000

They died for our liberties.

The only war that needs to be fought is the one against poverty and inequality. If we won that then there would be a lot less terrorism. But in a world run for the benefit of the one percent at the expense of everyone else there is going to be conflict, a lot of conflict. The root cause of that conflict is a fight for resources, any resource human, or material.
