Snippets and Speculative Fiction
Got this bloke following my on Tumblr today with instructional videos on house buying renting, and mortgage type schenigens basically. It’s not something I know anything about except for those moments when I am extremely grateful I don’t have one. I don’t want a hammer over my head my whole life. It seems to me that a man struggling to keep up with repayments like that and finding it hard going is not going to be a very nice man; not because they are an arse hole, but because they are under so much pressure it hurts. People who are hurting hurt back, that’s how it works.
If you ask me, a small plot of land, a static and a lot of space is the way forward. But, in this country we’re not allowed to do that. Nope, it’s unsightly; it might spoil someone’s view, and worst of all; I mean GOD forbid, poor people might move into the countryside.
Don’t get me started on low-cost DIY housing…
What the hell is wrong with buying a bit of land and building your own gaff on it?
Of course; everyone else has been tortured half to death to get a roof over their heads. So, naturally enough they’re going to be pretty adamant everyone else has to do it that way too coz they were made to suffer.
Yeah, these opinions are mine.
